He has said that almost all of the girls he has dated over the years also have kids, because those that don't lose interest when they learn about his. Those who do have kids understand the responsibility and obviously can relate. But not all women are going to run when you tell them about your kids. If you meet someone wonderful and things click, that's what is most important. If she's the right one then she will accept your kids as part of you with open arms. I don’t have kids, but my bf does.
