Can you get a scholarship for having divorced parents?
My parents got divorced a few years ago and I live with my mom.
I heard somewhere that you could get scholarships for having divorced parents or for living with a single parent.
Is that true?

I doubt it. That situation is far to common to be of any significance.
doubt it, usually scholarships are awarded for things such as good grades or having a talent, example playing a sport
Not unless at least one of your parents refuses to financially support you, and you are willing to go to court to prove it.
Go to Fast Web and search for scholarships you might be qualified to receive. I think what you are thinking about though is a federal grant. You can go online to FAFSA.org (I think that’s right, just search under FAFSA to be sure) and fill out an application. It’s based on your mom’s income, so you will need her help to fill it out.
